This 5-day intensive Noguchi Taiso based workshop intends to further develop and solidify the concepts and philosophies of this movement technique that Mile Zero has been bringing to Edmonton dancers and artists for over a period of 5 years. Mari’s classes are a rich experience for any mover, as her artistic vision includes thought ­provoking philosophy that leaves its residue long after the fact. Artists will be able to delve into new concepts pertaining to art and process.
